We will have 3 days of in house registration and they will be on May 4th, May 15th and June 1st.

 If you have a child that is trying out for one of the new U-8 teams and are interested in coaching, please contact or send in your coaching resume to coachingcommittee@mtys.org

We plan on having two NJ State license courses at MTYS this summer. We will have one class for the “F” license and one for the “E” license. You will need at least an “F” license to coach at the travel level.

There is an ordinance that was passed in the fall of 2012 in regards to Megan’s Law. This ordinance is not just for soccer it is for all sports in Monroe Twp. If you enact in anyway with children, Coach, Team Mom, Manager, Director, etc you will need to get a background check and wear a badge while you are on the complex working with the players. If you already have one from the fall you are good to coach this spring. If you have a badge from another sport in our township, you are good. This badge is good for all sports in Monroe.
 
If you are interested in becoming a coach at MTYS this spring you will need to act on this now since it takes a little time to get. You will need to go to the Pfeiffer center to get the form for your background check.
